Email mlh.ozkya@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase. Include the order number from Lemon Squeezy and a short note on what failed. Curiofy refunds the purchase when the extension did not perform the edits described on the product page for a channel the buyer can manage, or when the license key could not be delivered.
A refund may include deactivating that license key. YouTube quota limits, an unverified Google consent screen, or a channel the Google account cannot manage are outside the extension. Write anyway if you are unsure. The reply will say whether the case is a refund.
How the money moves
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, not by this website. Curiofy does not store card numbers. Approved refunds are returned through the same checkout.
Yearly and Lifetime
The 14-day window applies to both checkouts on the product page. A launch code does not shorten it.
